Ab
5) Hold the Top Assembly (Ab) so that the bent edges of the Hinges hang over the inside edge
of the Back Assembly (Db). Align the hinges over the predrilled holes in the back. Insert a
#6x¾" Brass Flat Head Screw (MM) into each of the inside holes. DO NOT TIGHTEN
COMPLETELY AT THIS TIME. Lower the top to ensure that the bumpers make solid contact.
Adjust top as necessary and tighten screws. Now insert and fasten the other two screws in
each hinge. See Fig. 5.
STEP 6

6) Attach the Lid Support (O) to the Top Assembly (Ab) and Back Assembly (Db) with four #6x¾"
Brass Flat Head Screws (MM). The long arm should be toward the top. There is a pilot hole
in the Top Assembly (Ab) for the lower screw and a pilot hole in the Back Assembly (Db) for
the highest screw. See Fig. 6.
