Using The Handles:

To use the handles for different types of workout, pull them out of the side of the
machine. On the footplate lift the rubber cover caps on top of the desired handle position.
The handles can only be fitted in a vertical orientation and will not fit in any position
horizontally. Push the handle plugs into the footplate ports. Make sure the handles are
fully inserted before doing any excersise.
