Setting up the fryer
1.- Press the pan release button (9) to release the pan from the fryer. (Photo 1).
2.- Put the rack (8) into the pan (6 and/or 7) where you are going to do the cooking. Using the
rack for cooking is recommended at all times.
3.- Place the food to be cooked on the rack. Make sure that the amount of food does not
exceed the MAX limit marked on the pan.
4.- Insert the pan into the corresponding cavity (4 or 5). Check the pan is correctly inserted
(Photo 2 and 3).
WARNING:
please note that if the pan is not correctly inserted, the fryer will not
operate.
5.- Programme the fryer to start cooking.

Programming the fryer
1.- Plug the fryer into a compatible mains socket. An audible beep will be heard and all buttons
on the tactile control panel (1) will light up for 1 sec. and the ON/OFF (k) button will stay on.
2.- Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the fryer; the buttons on the control panel will light up.
3.- The display for each zone of the fryer (b and d) will show default 180⁰C and 30 min. values.
4.- Select the cooking mode from the following options:
a) Cooking zone A: press the cooking button for zone A (a) before selecting the

this is the default setting when the fryer is started.
