ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
S T E P 0 1
Remove the griddle body from the packaging and lay it upside
down. Screw in the four (4) griddle feet.
S T E P 0 2
Place the griddle on its feet. Install the griddle handles with four
(4) M6x12 screws and (4) M6 nuts on each side.
S T E P 0 3
Place the griddle top
and hood on the main body by
aligning the four (4) pins to the
holes of the body.

Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push the
griddle top and hood back to lock
the griddle in place.
