SELECTION 6 BEAUTÉ
General
SPORT-ELEC Selection 6 Beauté is designed for women and men who are concerned
about their appearance. The SPORT-ELEC Selection 6 Beauté, which is an apparatus for
passive gymnastics by electro-muscle development, makes it possible to activate, by
"contraction-rest" effect, the muscles on which you wish to work. The aims of the SPORT-
ELEC Selection 6 Beauté are as follows : To improve the figure, by acting on the muscle
mass (waist, abdomen, buttocks, thighs and legs) and to develop some muscles in
particular (pectoral, abdominal, biceps, etc).
SPORT-ELEC SELECTION 6 Beauté contains 4 programmes developed by SPORT-ELEC
research. The frequencies and pulse widths of each programme have been defined
to correspond perfectly to the needs of each of us :
- To work the muscle gently and facilitate its recovery after an effort
- To improve tissue firmness
- To remodel the silhouette
In conclusion, depending on our activity, some muscles are developed to a greater or
lesser extent, whilst other, less used muscles waste away. There are more than 600
muscles in our bodies. The shape and harmony of our bodies depend on our muscles.
The SPORT-ELEC Selection 6 Beauté makes it possible to activate a group of muscles
without effort on your part. Daily use will restore strength to your muscles.

* If you use a pacemaker,
* If you are pregnant.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
* Do not use on the face,
* keep out of reach of children,
* Seek advice from your doctor :
- if you have any electronic or metallic implants (pins, etc.) in general,
- in case of skin disease (wounds, etc.),
* the equipment is not approved for therapeutic use (seek advice from your doctor).
SPORT-ELEC is a registered design. It is presented in the form of a case in shiny ABS.
Two groups of 3 wires (2 black +1 light blue, 2 grey + 1 light blue) 80 cm in length connect the
SPORT-ELEC appliance to the body electrodes (50mm in diameter).

Check that the switch of the SPORT-ELEC Selection 6 Beauté is on «O» and the power button
are on minimum (fully to the left). Open the battery compartment and connect the two 9-volt
batteries to the connectors. Insert the batteries into the compartment, and then close the case.

Take the 6 electrodes and carefully remove the holder which protects each of them, moisten

them one by one, spreading a few drops of water on the adhesive gel with the tips of your fingers
and wait for 2 minutes. (see diagram II page 3).
3° The electrodes must be placed symmetrically, for example: on the stomach - to the left, 2 gray
and 1 light blue connections, to the right, 2 black and 1 light blue connections. Place the
electrodes on previously washed and dried skin, always respecting a "triangular" arrangement.

Clip the unit onto your clothing.

Connect the electrodes to the wires of the SPORT-ELEC unit (see paragraph 3).
