3. OPERATION CONDITIONS:
Being intended for the commercial operation, this freezer can be operated under the following
conditions:
Ambient temperature: 5-40°С
Ingredients temperature: 2-3°С
Voltage: 200-240 V
Frequency range: 50±1 Hz
Attention: ambient temperature and ingredients temperature impact the production capacity
and the load of the equipment.
4. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND OPERATION:
4.1 Installation
The equipment shall be installed on a flat stable surface.
The equipment shall be placed to ensure effective heat dissipation and ventilation and
to prevent it from any heat sources impact. The distance between the equipment case
and the wall (or nearest object) shall be at least 100 mm.
