4.SDB and ADD Buttons.
SDB and ADD buttons are needed to adjust the ice cream hardness during preparation. Hard-
ness settings may vary depending on ice cream type and texture as well as on the ambient
conditions/temperature. To change the settings, press and hold SDB and ADD buttons for a
while.

1.FREEZE Button
The equipment will turn on after the FREEZE button is pressed: cooling mode will be activated,
mix, prepared and loaded into the freezer, will start mixing, and the cooling process will auto-
matically activate in 15 seconds. Numbers on the display will indicate the ice cream readiness
status. Number over 85% means that the ice cream can be dispensed. 99% means the ice cream
is fully ready for dispensing.
2. WASH Button
When WASH button is pressed, the equipment switches to the washing mode. For this purpose,
1.5-2 liters of warm water shall be loaded into each hopper. After washing and draining water
via the outlet tap, make sure the equipment is properly cleaned. Repeat the procedure if nec-
essary.
Attention: prior to cleaning, the freezer shall be left for a while under the ambient temperature
and warm up, to make the cleaning more effective.
3. STOP Button.
When STOP button is pressed, all current operations shall be cancelled, and the freezer shall
switch to the standby mode.
4. SET Button
Press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds, until the mode is changed. Then, adjust the hard-
ness of ice cream with the HARD and SOFT buttons. Hardness can be adjusted within the range
between 1 and 16. The higher is the value the harder is ice cream.
