3.2. Preparation for operation
The unit should be placed on a work surface that is at least equal in size to the unit
and away from flammable substances.
Ensure sufficient air circulation.
For this purpose, the unit should be placed at a distance of more than 10 cm from
walls or other devices and sufficient ventilation should be provided in the room in
which it is used.

Prepare the food warmer stand as shown in the following figures:
