Safe use of the device
a)
Disconnect the pressure hose before making adjustments, replacing
accessories and after finishing work with the device. Such a precautionary
measure reduces the risk of accidents.
b)
Keep unused devices out of the reach of children and anyone not familiar with
the device or these instructions. Devices are dangerous in the hands of
inexperienced users.
c)
Keep the device in good working order. Before each use, check for general
damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any
other condition that may affect the safe operation of the device). If damaged,
have the device repaired before use.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Repair and maintenance of the device should be carried out by qualified
persons using only original spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.
f)
To ensure the designed operational integrity of the device, do not remove
factory-installed covers or loosen any screws.
g)
When transporting and moving the device from the place of storage to the
place of use, follow the health and safety regulations for manual transport that
apply in the country in which the device is used.
h)
Avoid situations where the device stops under heavy load during operation.
This can cause overheating of the drive elements and subsequent damage to
the device.
i)
Do not leave the switched on device unattended.
j)
Clean the device regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
k)
The specified vibration emission value is measured with standard
measurement methods. The vibration emission value may change when the
device is used in other environmental conditions.
l)
Only supply the device with air - it is forbidden to use other gases.
m) Use reinforced hoses for compressed air in areas with a high risk of mechanical
damage.
n)
Before each use, ensure that the nozzle is correctly fitted in the device and that
the hose is properly secured and undamaged.
o)
The air supplied to the device should be dehumidified, clean and free of
contamination. Contamination can lead to clogging of the hoses and cause
damage to the device and its components.
p)
Do not carry or hang the device on the pressure hose.
q)
If you notice any leakage from the device or hoses, immediately disconnect the
compressed air supply and rectify the fault.
r)
Do not exceed the recommended supply pressure as this may damage the
device.
