4.6 ELECTRICAL HOOK UP BETWEEN THE TWO PILLARS
To make the connection between the two pillars, proceed as follows:
•
Place the right-hand pillar in its definitive position and fix it to the floor;
•
Place the left-hand pillar in its definitive position and fix it to the floor;
•
Place the column chain break limit switch cable P2 (H and G) on the left column on the cable duct and
connect it to the P1 chain breaker limit switch cable (B and D) in the right-hand column. (Cables have
male/female connectors cannot go wrong connection.)
•
Connect the cable E and cable C from the electromagnetic valve safety lock of both two columns to the
electromagnetic valve connection terminals A and F

4.7 HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
The lift is partially assembled in the hydraulic part.
To complete the hydraulic connection:
• Position and connect from the hydraulic power unit to the top of column P1, the flex tube [1] as shown in figure 5;
• Position and fasten the rigid pipe [2] between the two pipes coming out of the SX and DX columns as shown in
the figure 5
If necessary, refer to the hydraulic diagram in paragraph 8.7 HYDRAULIC DIAGRAM.
During the first movement, check that the carriages do not hit or interfere with the hydraulic pipe fittings during the
upward movement; in this case, loosen the adjustment screw of the cylinder, turn the cylinder until the correct
position allowing moving with no obstacles. Tighten the screw again, and repeat the operation on the cylinder of the
opposite column.
