Spot welding. The welding time needs to be
adjusted.
Stitch welding. The rest time needs to be adju-
sted .
Inductance value setting.
The inductance value allows you to optimize the weld
spatter. Usually a high inductance value increases
the amount of unwanted splashing.
Adjusting MIG wire approach speed.
Modifi es the speed at which the wire approaches the
part to be welded at the start of the welding cycle.
Adjusting Burn Back Modifi es the length of the
wire that sticks out of the contact tip at the end of the
welding cycle.
Adjusting gas fl ow time MIG
Adjusting Pre gas time
Adjusting Post gas time
Adjusting Hot Start MIG.
Modifi es the starting current.
Setting "Pulsed, Pulsed x 2" welding.
Pulsed welding or double pulsation welding can be
selected.

centralized connection of the welding machine.
Calibrating the wire speed.
Adjusting the pressure of the wire feed rollers
and the brake of the coil reel can aff ect the wire
feed speed.
For better performance, calibrate the wire feed.
1) At the start of the calibration process
the message "Point 1" appears with a
measurement: e.g. "30".
2) Cut the welding wire outside the wire guide
tip and press the torch button. The machine
releases a certain length of wire.
3) Cut the welding wire outside the wire guide tip
and measure the wire length.
4) Correct the measure indicated on the display
and press the control "1" to confi rm.
The message Point 2 appears with a second
measurement: e.g. 90.
5) Repeat the procedure from step (2).
At the end of the calibration process the
