6.2. Waste disposal
Waste disposal resulting from equipment use, maintenance, or end of useful life
must respect the environment and prevent air, soil, and water pollution. If neces-
sary, waste must be stored in appropriate places and transported by trained and
qualified personnel from companies specialized in this service.
Equipment must be disposed of in appropriate and approved locations for re-
ceiving this material. If there is no suitable location nearby, please contact our

6.3. Storage
The equipment must be stored in a safe and ventilated place. Do not store it with
products in the tank. Chemicals can cause different reactions and damage equip-
ment components and the operator's health. Protect the equipment safely, espe-
cially in places with severe winters.
6.4. Dosage calibration
Jacto GM-12 Granular Spreader allows a dosage between 12 g to 115 g. For better
applications, follow the steps below to calibrate your equipment:
• Insert the Allen wrench (supplied with the equipment) through the hole until
it fits into the regulating bushing.
• Turn it clockwise to increase dosage or counterclockwise to decrease dosage.
OBS.: Do not force the regulating screw to the minimum and/or maximum dosage
so as not to damage the equipment.

7. Limited Warranty Term
MÁQUINAS AGRÍCOLAS JACTO S.A. warrants the equipment identified in this
manual and undertakes to repair or replace parts and components that, in stan-
dard service and use, according to the technical recommendations, present MAN-
UFACTURING OR RAW MATERIAL DEFECTS, obeying the following rules.
7.1. Warranty period
12 (twelve) months from the date of issuance of the sales invoice to the first owner.
7.2. Warranty covers
The warranty will be granted by JACTO, free of charge, provided the parts and
components present manufacturing or assembly defects after conclusive analysis
by the manufacturer.
7.3. Warranty is void in case:
• The equipment is used in disagreement with technical recommendations in
the operator's manual; in case of misuse, work overloads, or accidents.
• The equipment is used to apply products that are not intended for agricultural
use and are not in granulated forms, such as liquids, powders, gels, acids, and
lubricants, among others.
• Preventive or corrective maintenance is made by unauthorized personnel.
• Parts and components not supplied by JACTO are used.
• The equipment and/or any characteristic of its original design is changed.
• The sales invoice issued to the first owner is not presented.
7.4. Warranty does not cover
• Parts that show wear or fatigue from use unless they have manufacturing, as-
sembly, and/or raw material defects.
• Defects resulting from accidents.

7.5. General terms
• Parts replaced under warranty will be owned by JACTO.
• Any replacement of parts and components does not extend the warranty pe-
riod. Therefore, the warranty for replaced parts and components expires with
the equipment's initial warranty period.
• Possible delays in technical services do not entitle the owner to compensation
or an extension of the warranty period.
• JACTO is entitled to introduce modifications or stop the manufacture of the
