2. BEFORE USE
-
This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out
of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any of them
are missing or not in good condition, please contact Cecotec's official Technical Support
Service immediately.
Warning
A slight odour and smoke might appear when operating the device for the first time. This is due
to manufacturing material residues and does not affect the appliance's operation.
3. OPERATION
Before plugging the appliance to a mains socket, you must ensure that all switches and the
thermostat are in the off position. Plug the device to the mains and follow the steps below:
Turning on the appliance:
The appliance has two power switches on the side: low-power (750 W) and high-power

(1250 W) heating switch. You can select between these two power levels by pressing
the desired switch. A light indicator on the switch will light up, indicating the power the
appliance is operating at. (Fig. 1)

If you operate both switches, the appliance will operate at maximum power (2000 W).

Turn the thermostat to select the desired power.
Once the room has reached the desired temperature, the thermostat will switch off the
appliance until room temperature gets below the selected temperature, at which point the
thermostat will allow power to return to the selected temperature.
Turning off the appliance:
-
To switch off the appliance, turn the thermostat counterclockwise to the min. position.

Then, turn off the power switches. The respective light indicators will turn off as well.
Fan feature
You can use the fan feature to make the appliance emit both hot and cold air by turning the
power switches on and off respectively.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
-
Turn off and unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down before cleaning it.
-
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
-
Use a soft, dampened cloth to clean the product's exterior housing.
-
If the product is not going to be used for a long period of time, unplug it and store it in a dry
and safe place where it is protected from dust.
