D) DESCRIPTION OF USE:
It is best to set the desired temperature for the TRG13 heater before installation. If the TRG13 heater to be
adjusted is already installed, make sure that the power supply is disconnected. Use a Phillips screwdriver to
loosen the 4 fixing screws at each corner of the top cover, then remove the top and set the requisite
temperature. It is also possible to manually reset the thermal fuse after removing the top part. Before
connecting to the power source for the first time, make sure the heater is completely immersed and, in the
case of a closed system, the closed space has been bled of air.
The requisite temperature is set using the scale on the control knob. Turning it clockwise increases the value,
turning it in the opposite direction lowers the value. If the temperature in the system is lower than the set
temperature, the heater heats. When the set temperature is reached, the circuit opens, the heater no longer
heats.
It is reclosed when the media's temperature drops to the thermostat switching differential ( see Table No.
18).
If a thermal fuse is fitted, it is necessary to manually reset this thermal fuse. Remove the top part of the cover
and press the manual reset button with a blunt instrument (max diameter 5 mm). When resetting, it is
necessary to overcome the resistance of the thermal fuse spring, correct resetting is accompanied by a click.
