HOW TO USE THE BOILER
1.
Insert the plug into the electrical outlet. It is not recommended to use an
extension cord with your boiler. Using an extension cord can reduce the life
of your unit. If required, do not use more than 6' and ensure it is a 14-gauge
wire.
2.
Turn the boiler on by pressing the Boiler Button to the ON position (II).
When the boiler is on, the main power will illuminate.
3.
The boiler will begin to heat. Once the boiler reaches 3.5 BAR (50 PSI), the
steam ready light will illuminate.
4.
To activate the steam, press the iron button. Note: While ironing, the
steam ready light normally turns on and off, indicating the heating element
is activated and the unit is building pressure back up. The iron is safe to
use at this time but you may see some small water droplets. For optimal
steam, always use when steam light is illuminated.
5.
Begin to iron. For ironing instructions please follow the 2000IR/2100IR
instructions.
NOTE:
When you activate steam for the first time after
turning the boiler on, you may notice a fast decrease in
pressure. This is normal during the first time use.
