Maintenance
2.5 Cleaning the SPA
The cleaning of the SPA does not require any special care or maintenance. Remove dirt with soap. water, a damp cloth and a soft brush, if
required. Never use hard brushes or abrasive cleaning and scouring products.
2.6 Handling in case of prolonged periods out of use / overwintering
1. Drain all of the water from the spa tub.
To do this, remove the rubber plug inside the spa and unscrew the cap of the outlet hose outside the spa. The water will
now drain. Activate the „BUBBLE" function in order to remove residual liquid from the ventilation system inside the spa.
2. Remove the safety switch from the socket.
3. Remove the filter cartridge
4. Clean and dry the spa tub and the accessories. Make sure there is no more residual moisture in the spa.
5. Drain all of the air from the spa tub Remove the entire screw connection (grey screw connection of the air valve) in the lower area outside the spa tub
6. Loosely fold the spa, avoiding sharp corners in order to prevent damage
7. Store the spa in a dry and frost-proof place.
8. You can use the original packaging and transportation bag to store your spa and accessories.
CAUTION:
• Plastic can become brittle and fragile when it is exposed to sub-zero temperatures.
• Storage in freezing conditions can cause severe damage to the spa. Improper storage over the winter may render your warranty for the
spa and its components void..
• If antifreeze is used, Ubbink Garden B.V. will not assume any warranty for any resulting damage to the spa and its components.

Installation
3.1 Select a safe location for the SPA
The SPA is for private use only and can be installed indoors and outdoors
Do not install your SPA in any of the following places:
• under overhead power lines or near /above underground electrical infrastructure (if in doubt, consult an electrician).
• On an uneven surface
• On a balcony or above living spaces
• In a place where water and humidity can cause damage
• On carpets or other materials that can be damaged by moisture
• On a base consisting of loose, non-loadbearing stones, wooden blocks or other materials that can shift. This can lead to damage to the
whirlpool that is not covered by the warranty.
The base must fulfil the following conditions:
• Stable
The based must be solidified and be able to carry the weight of the water-filled SPA (see technical data) plus the maximum number of
persons for the entire duration of use. Flooring, tiles and wooden planks must be capable of supporting this weight. If in doubt, consult a
structural engineer for assistance in selecting a safe soil conditions.
• Horizontal (level)
A horizontal surface is especially important. The water level must always be horizontal. A level and horizontal surface ensures that
weight is evenly distributed between the base (where the greatest weight is) and the exterior walls, which form a self-supporting frame
and provide stability.
• Drainage system:
There must be a functional drainage system for both the collection and removal of overflowing water and the draining of the spa.
Additional requirements for indoor assembly
• Make sure the floor is waterproof and has a non-slip surface.
• The room must be well ventilated to prevent excess condensation/moisture.
Additional requirements for outdoor assembly
• Do not expose the SPA to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Be aware that direct sunlight can cause the spa's outer shell to bulge and become irreversibly deformed.
• make sure that there are no sharp objects in the vicinity of the spa tub
Important!
If the spa is placed on a surface or in a location that does not meet these requirements, any resulting damage is not covered by the warranty.
Responsibility for ensuring the requirements of the place of assembly lies with the owner of the SPA.
