Warranty
We provide a warranty on this product of 2 years from the date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship. Only the original
purchaser of the product can make a claim against this warranty which is not transferable. To make a claim against the warranty, the original
receipt must be submitted as proof of purchase.
If the article is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge or replaced by an equivalent or similar article (decision of Ubbink
Garden B.V.) free of charge.
Not covered by the warranty or excluded from the warranty:
• Negligence, accident, as well as complaints caused by assembly and service errors, improper use, wrong operation, lack of care,
improper maintenance, storage and repair attempts, use of force, external fault, incorrect mains voltage and/or frequency as specified in
the manual, mechanical damage as well as the influence of foreign bodies,
• Filter cartridges and complaints of partial damage and/or problems, the causes of which are due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by fire, flood, frost, rain or other environmental conditions.
• Commercial use of the Infinite®Spa;
• Use of parts and components, which have not been sold by Ubbink Garden B.V.
• Unauthorised modifications, repairs or dismantling by persons not commissioned by Ubbink Garden B.V.
This warranty does not cover the costs resulting from the leakage of SPA water, chemicals
or water damage. Property damage or personal injury are also not covered by the guarantee.
Please read this manual very carefully and follow all instructions regarding the proper operation and maintenance of your Infinite®Spa.
Always check the product before taking it into operation. The warranty expires if the operating instructions are not followed.
