MAINTENANCE
The mask is a protective device therefore it must have a correct maintenance, it is not recommended
to keep the mask close to sources of heat, it must not be used for purposes other than those indicated
in this manual, always check the correct operation before use and it is advisable to replace periodically
the external protective shield.
FILTER ADJUSTMENT
1.
Select the operating mode by selecting the cursor ref.8 WELD = Welding; CUT = Cutting
plasma or blowtorch; GRIND = grinding (attention in this mode the screen does not
darken).

SENSITIVITY. If the welding current is low the sensitivity must be at the maximum so as to
detect even the weakest arc, turn the "sensitivity" knob to the maximum ref.5. When the
welding current is high, the sensitivity can be reduced so as to avoid any interference from
other welding arcs.
DELAY.Darkening time of the filter, it is advisable to always keep the darkening time at

the maximum ref.6 to ensure maximum eye protection. In work circumstances such as
during "spot welding" it may be necessary to reduce the time to increase work efficiency.

SHADE. Selection of the protection DIN ref.4 adjust according to the indications given in
the table "AMPERE / PROCESS" CUT mode selections from 5-9 DIN WELD mode from 9-13
