TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The burner does not light.
The burner flame goes out im-
mediately after ignition.
The ignition is delayed.
The combustion in the burner is
inadequate.
The burner flame is low.
The emitter is irreguIarIy briIIer. There is a blockage in the burner injector. Clean or replace the burner nozzle.
There is a slight smoke and odor
during initial operation.
There is thick, black smoke.
The stove produces a popping
noise when the burner is turned
on.
The stove produces a cIic noise
just after turning the burner on
or off.
Gas odor is present even when
the control knob is in the OFF
position.
There is a gas smell during com-
bustion.
There is carbon accumulation.
If the device shows any defects or problems in assembly or use, do not modify or manipulate any points not
covered in the instructions yourself. Contact your distributor to solve it.
The rubber tube and regulator are not included with the main product. These accessories must be
purchased from a specialized retailer
Possible cause
The burner nozzle is clogged.
The gas supply pressure is low.
There is low gas pressure.
The main burner drive ports are obstruc-
ted.
There is low gas pressure.
Not enough air.
The supply hose is kinked or kinked.
There is a blockage in the burner injector. Clean or replace the burner nozzle.
The base is not on a level surface.
Gas pressure is low.
This is waste from the manufacturing
process.
There is an obstruction in the burner.
The air ducts are bIocated.
There is air in the gas line.
The metaI expands and contracts.
There is a gas leak.
The gas control is defective.
There is foreign matter in the gas or
burner ports.
The stove is burning
Stop storing and using products that
cause odors near the stove.
There is a gas leak at the hose fitting and
hose connection, pipe fitting and valve,
and piping.
There is dirt or peIcuIaIon on the refIec-
tor and the flange panel.
Solution
Clean the burner nozzle.
Call your gas supplier.
Call your gas supplier.
Clean the main burner ports.
Call your gas supplier.
Check that the air ducts and the burners
are free of dirt and debris and are cleaned
with compressed air.
Straighten the hose and perform a leak
test.
Place the stove on a level surface.
Replace the cylinder with a new one.
This will stop after approximately 30 mi-
nutes of operation.
Turn off the stove and let it cool. Remove
the obstruction and clean the inside and
outside of the burner.
Check minimum installation clearances
and air passages for debris.
Run the burner until the air is completely
purged.
This is common with heaters. If the noise
is excessive, contact a qualified technician.
Locate and correct the leak immediately.
Replace the gas control.
Check the gas passage and the burner.
Locate and correct leaks, or contact your
gas supplier.
Clean the refluxer and the flange cover.
