Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
Fasten the PLINTHS (P and Q) to the SIDE SKIRTS (H).

Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S)
through the CORNER BRACKETS on the SIDE SKIRTS and
into the PLINTHS.
Then, fasten the PLINTHS (P and Q) to the BASE (N). Use

two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the
METAL BRACKETS on the PLINTHS and into the BASE.
