5. Make sure the refrigerant circuit for the appliance is properly con-
nected and airtight. Inspect the connecting elements using leakage
spray. If air bubbles appear, then there are leaks. If this is the case,
then it is imperative that the stop valves be sealed. Carefully check
the pipes and the connections.
NOTE:
Stop valve (a) has been sealed during manufacture and must not
be opened. Service valve (b) is exclusively for service purposes.

CAUTION:
The air conditioning unit must be installed and connected by a certi-
fied refrigeration and air conditioning company. Improper installation
shall result in expiry of the warranty.
Testing the Interior Unit
• Is the power switch functioning properly?
• Does the ventilator work?
• Do the operating modes function normally?
• Can temperature and time be accurately adjusted?
• Do all lamps light up in normal fashion?
• Are the airflow flaps functioning properly?
• Is the condensed water pipe functioning normally?
CAUTION:
All of the steps described above must be performed by a certified
refrigeration and air conditioning company. Improper implementation
shall result in expiry of the warranty.
Testing the Exterior Unit
• Can unusual noises or vibrations be detected during operation?
• Is the cooling agent leaking?
NOTE:
The electronic control system will only start the compressor three
minutes after the unit is switched on.
