Programme selection
Allows you to determine which programmes will be used to cook the food placed in the oven. The types
of cooking programmes and their functions are listed below.
The following are the types of product heating programmes and important explanations so that you can
cook a variety of foods according to your personal taste.
Not all models may have all types of cooking programmes and, consequently, their types.
Bottom heating element
Select this programme towards the end of the cooking time when the lower part of the food is to be gri-
lled.
Upper heating element
Used for heating or grilling very small quantities of food afterwards.
Lower and upper heating element
Programme that can be used to cook foods such as cakes, pizza and biscuits.
Lower heating element and fan
Mainly used for cooking foods such as fruit tarts.
Lower and upper heating element and fan
This programme is suitable for cooking foods such as cakes, biscuits and lasagne. It is also suitable for
cooking meat dishes.
Grill
The grill is used for grilling stewed meats, sausages and fish. While on the grill, the tray should be placed
on the lower shelf with water in it.
Turbo heater and fan
Suitable for baking and grilling. Keep the temperature lower than in the "lower and upper heater" pro-
gramme, as the heat is immediately displaced through the airflow.
Grill and fan
Suitable for cooking meats. Do not forget to place a cooking tray on a lower rack inside the oven and a
little water.
Multifunction cooking (3D)
Suitable for baking and roasting. The lower and upper heating elements also work with rapid heat trans-
fer through the air flows. Suitable for cooking that requires a single tray and a high temperature.
