Remove screw 3 (M3 with nut) on the right side, as
illustrated.

Remove screws (M3) for drive on the top of the
unit, as illustrated.

Package Contents

After opening the package, make sure that all the
following items are present.
Contact your dealer if anything is missing.
• S-AIT Library (1)
• Quick start guide (1)
• SCSI terminator (1)
• Bar code label sheets (2)
• Door lock keys (2)
• Release pin for front door (1)
• In addition to the above, other items may be included

Preparing the Host
Computer
Prepare the host computer before installing the S-AIT
library.

For details about the software that can be used with the
S-AIT library and supported operating systems, contact
your dealer.
The S-AIT library is an LVD SCSI device, thus it does
not support single-ended. Make sure that you use an
LVD-compliant host bus adapter card.
