Troubleshooting
Cause
Recommended measure
Open the discharge valve on the discharge side.
Turn on the compressor and open the air valve and air regulator.
Check the compressor and the con iguration o the air line.
Check the connection elements and the tightening o the screws.
Check and clean the air line.
Check and clean the exhaust port and mu ler.
Check and clean the luid line.
Remove, inspect and clean the pump body.
Open the valve on the suction side.
Con irm the con iguration o the pipe and reduce the height o the same.
Check and clean the luid line.
Dismantle the pump, check and clean.
Inspect and replace parts.
Check the compressor and the con iguration o the air line.
Check and clean the air line.
Adjust the discharge valve discharge side.
Replenish luid and check the con iguration o the pipe on the suction side.
Adjust air supply pressure and discharge pressure and reduce the suction.
Adjust air supply pressure and discharge pressure. Reduce the low o
the inlet valve to adjust pressure and volume o luid.
Remove ice rom the air bypass valve and check and clean the air ilter.
Use a pipe in the exhaust air that the ice does not orm in the mu ler.
Check and clean the luid pipe and strainer.
Check and clean the exhaust port and mu ler.
Remove, inspect and clean the pump body.
