On the display, the preset value for age (preset: 30).

button to enter your age.

The preset body height value (e.g. "170" for cm) flashes on the display.
8. Use the

button to enter your height.
9. Finally, press SET. You have thus input the necessary data. All inputs are then
displayed all together once more.
The display then shows "0.0" and you can proceed with your body analysis.
If you do nothing else, the scales will automatically switch off after a few seconds.
‚ Keeping the

‚ Entered data can only be overwritten by making a new entry.
‚ If the time interval between two pushes of a button is more than
10 seconds, the scale will switch off and you should repeat the
procedure.
Body analysis
‚ Body analysis is only possible if your data has been entered (see
previous chapter).

1. Press SET to switch on the scale.
2. Use the

button to select the memory cell where your personal body data are
stored.
3. Press SET repeatedly to confirm your displayed data successively.
The data are then briefly displayed in succession. The display then shows "0.0" and
the selected unit of measurement, e.g. "kg".
4. Position yourself barefoot on the scales. Stand still and do not hold on to anything.
− In doing so, ensure each foot is placed on a sensor.
− There must be no contact between your feet, your legs, your calves, or your
thighs. Otherwise, the measurement will be imprecise.
