• Place the chain saw on any suitable flat surface.
• Detach the handwheel (1.) and remove the chain cover (2.).
• Turn the chain tensioning wheel clockwise to push the saw rail as far as
possible onto the chain wheel.
• Place the saw chain around the saw rail, starting on the upper part of the rail.
Slide the chain in the slot around the saw rail. When attaching the chain,
ensure that it is in the correct running direction.
