any way.
! During operation, it is necessary to keep the device
in a dry and well-ventilated environment with a
temperature below 35°C.
! Sand and stones in the water can quickly wear out
the device and reduce its performance. To avoid the
suction of sand, stones or other dirt, a filter must be
installed in front of the device (the filter is not included
in the delivery).
Pipe connection (B)
- Before starting the device, it is necessary to install
the inlet and outlet pipes at the water plant. The
supply pipe is used to supply water from a water
source (well, reservoir) to the device. The outlet pipe
ensures the transfer of water from the device to the
place of consumption (e.g. water tap, etc.). In order to
minimize friction losses, we recommend using a drain
pipe with a minimum diameter of ¾".
Suction pump
Screw on the suction hose (e.g. plastic hose with
spiral reinforcement) either directly or with the help of
a reducer from a thread that screws onto the pump
suction (1" IG).
The suction hose used must be equipped with a
suction basket, which also includes a non-return
valve.
The suction hose rises from the water intake point
to the pump. In the air water, which will damage or
destroy the pump. Air in the suction line prevents
water from being sucked in, which can damage or
destroy the pump.
The suction and pressure lines must be connected in
such a way that they do not induce mechanical stress
on the pump.
The suction pipe must be immersed in the water
so deeply that a situation cannot arise in the pump
where the pump runs empty.
Pay extra attention to a good connection between the
supply pipe and the water tank. A loose connection
will reduce the actual performance of the device or
the device will not work. If the length of the suction
pipe is less than 5 meters, it is recommended to use
a pipe with a diameter of 1". If the supply pipe is
longer than 5 meters, a pipe with a diameter of 1¼" is
recommended.
It is also possible to install an additional basic valve
on the front part of the supply pipe (the additional
basic valve is not part of the delivery). The vertical
length of the supply pipe between the water supply
and the surface of the water tank should not be more
than 7 meters, and the horizontal length should also
not be too large.
Connecting the pressure/drain/hose
The pressure - discharge hose must be connected
to the connection point of the pump for the pressure
route (1" IG) either directly or with the help of a
threaded adapter.
Check that the drain hose is long enough.
Check that the location of the drain hose allows
drainage without any risk. All shut-off devices (spray
nozzles, valves, etc.) must be fully open during start-
up to allow all air to escape from the suction line.
Before first use, unscrew the thread located on the
top of the pump and fill the water pump with water.
(C)
Pump start-up
Place the pump on a level and firm base.
Connect the suction hose ready for use.
Connect the power supply.
Start the pump from the side of the pressure line.
All shut-off devices (spray nozzles, valves, etc.) must
be fully open during start-up to allow all air to escape
from the suction line.
Check that the pump rotates correctly. Note the back
of the pump: the fan must rotate in the direction
indicated on the fan cover.
Depending on the suction height, the start-up of the
pump can take from 30 seconds to 1 minute. As soon
as the start-up takes longer than the specified time,
the pump needs to be filled with water again.
Check the water level regularly. If the water level is
below the suction filter, stop the pump so that it does
not run empty. .
Regularly check the correct functioning of the pump
(the motor should be running, the water should be
discharged without problems,...). If a problem occurs,
immediately stop the pump and disconnect it.
If the pump has been dismantled after use, it must
always be filled with water again when it is reconnec-
ted and used.
On and off
Turn on the pump by switching the switch (4) to
position „I"
By switching the switch (4) to the „0" position, you
turn off the water plant.
Thanks to the suction basket, the pump does not
empty and no air gets into the water circuit. If the
device remains in operation, you will be able to pump
again simply by turning on the pump with the help of
the switch.
Pump storage
If there is a risk of frost or if the pump is not used for a
long time, empty it thoroughly and dry it.
Disconnect the pump from the electricity. networks.
Unscrew the drain valve
