The Air Bike has several adjustment points for the user to adapt in the best way to the equipment.

Seat lock post
Knob
The knee should be positioned in the center of the pedal. If the position is not correct, adjust the seat horizontally (forward or
backward) to achieve the proper position.
DO NOT ADJUST THE SEAT OR POST WHILE EXERCISING. MAKE SURE ALL EQUIPMENT
ADJUSTMENTS ARE PROPERLY LOCKED BEFORE STARTING THE EXERCISE. IF SOME ADJUSTMENTS
ARE NOT WELL DONE, GET OFF THE EQUIPMENT AND REDO THE ADJUSTMENT. DO NOT REMOVE
RESISTANCE
The Air Bike's resistance comes from a fan located inside the equipment's grid. Unlike
other models, resistance is due to the speed that the propeller rotates. The faster this
propeller runs, the more resistance the climber will create, thus making the training more
intense. The stride directly impacts the resistance of the equipment.
DANGER!
THE ADJUSTMENT POST COMPLETELY.
