The information contained in this Instruction
Manual is designed to assist you in the safe operation
and maintenance of the compressor. Some illustrations
may show details or attachments that differ from those
on your own compressor.
This compressor must only be used fastened to a wall
suitable to support the weight; use is not possible of
the compressor in any other configuration.
COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION / FASTENING
2.1
Remove the compressor from its packing (fig.10),
makes sure it is in perfect condition, ensuring no
damage occurred during transport; ensure all the
components are present inside (Fig. 10).
To fasten the compressor, you should obtain an
electric drill, a drill bit ø 10 mm and a screwdriver (Fig.
11).
To fasten to brick or cement walls, use the screws
and expansion plugs supplied. To fasten to any other
surface (check the surfaces can support the weight
of the compressor), purchase the appropriate type of
screws and plugs.
For fastening, you are advised to have a second person
assist you.
Choose the position on which the compressor will be
fastened to it has sufficient space to rotate approx.
120˚and you can easily reach the compressed air hose
(Fig. 9).
To obtain good ventilation and efficient cooling, it is
important for the compressor to be at least 50 cm from
any wall/obstacle.

COMPRESSOR SUPPORT
FASTENING ON WALL
Comply with the specific indications in this handbook
(Fig. 12).
Fasten the compressor (Fig. 13); check you can easily
reach the hose (Fig. 9). Use the support (a) (Fig. 13)
as a template to mark the points where the holes for
fastening should be drilled (Fig. 12).
With a 10 mm bit, drill 4 holes on the wall (Fig. 12)
and insert the plugs in them. Fasten the compressor
support (a) to the wall and at the same time the
support for the tools (b) using the 4 screws supplied
(Fig. 13)
COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY ON SUPPORT (Fig. 14)
Insert the compressor on the support in the direction
of the arrow F1.
Assemble the support with the compressor and insert
the bolt in the direction of the arrow F2.
Fasten the compressor to the support using the nut (3).
Check the compressor is free to rotate and that the
compressed air hose comes out and goes back in
correctly.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
2.2
Single-phase compressors are supplied with an
electrical cable and a two-pole.
It is important to connect the compressor to a current
socket protected by an adequate circuit breaker switch
(Fig. 15).
