Clean the appliance with a duster, or a soft cloth moistened with water.

Store in a cool, dry place.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the problem persists after following this troubleshooting guide, stop using the appliance and
contact an authorized service centre.
This appliance contains no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
Unauthorized repair will invalidate the warranty and may expose users to the risk of electric shock,
fire, or other hazards.
8. GUARANTEES
Guarantees and limitations of liability
Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, or from the date of
delivery to the customer's home. Depending on the country, this guarantee consists of 24 to 36
months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.
For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance guarantee, a 12-month commercial
guarantee is applied at the end of the first guarantee, and supplements it.

Possible cause
The power cord is not

flat or level surface.
The fan may be damaged.

Solution
Connect the power cord to
the mains outlet.
Make sure there is power
supply and/or the socket
outlet is switched on.
Insert a new battery in the
remote control.
No action required.
Place the fan on a flat
surface. Use an anti-
vibration mat underneath if
necessary.
If the fan is damaged,
discontinue use and
contact an authorized
service centre.
