Intended Use
This sensor is a food-safe, Clean-in-Place (CIP) resistant
single-rod measuring cell for in-line measurement of pH
values in food and beverage applications. It meets the re-
quirements of 3A, EHEDG, EC1935 / 2004 and ATEX guide-
line 2014 / 34 / EU. Declaration of conformity: www.mt.com/
InProX1HLS.
Read the instruction manual before commissioning.
Only operate the electrode with original parts from METTLER
TOLEDO.
Only trained personnel must operate and maintain the sensor.
Safety and Cleaning Instructions
When handling or calibrating the sensor, personal protec-
tive equipment such as protective spectacles and gloves
should be worn.
To ensure hygienic operation, the sensor can be exposed to
CIP procedures. The maximum tested conditions are: 3 %
NaOH, 90 °C, 30 min; H
