Problem
There are drops of water at the
air outlet.
The unit is difficult to move.
The indicator light shows that
the dirty water tank is full,
although it is not.
Possible cause
The HEPA filter is not installed.
The HEPA filter is not dry.
The vacuum has been tilted
heavily.
The cleaner absorbs the foam
liquid.
The roller brush is not installed
properly.
The cleaner absorbs too much
foam liquid.
Solution
Check and install the HEPA
filters.
Dry the HEPA filters before
use.
Use the unit correctly.
Empty the dirty water tank in
good time.
Check the roller brush and
replace it.
Remove the foam liquid
immediately.
