1. Place the full-length beam (6) in the horizontal position;
2. Adjust the beam fixing lever (5) in the notch on the
horizontal position and fasten the fixing screw.
1. Place the engine on the engine's base (30);
2. Place the screws in the holes of the engine base and
support base, downwards;
3. Place the washers (2x) and screw in the fastening nuts.
1. Remove the lock nuts and screw washers on the engine
head;
Keep the gasket in place.
2. Fit the exhaust holes (15) to the supporting screws;
3. Place the washers and screw in the lock nuts.
1. Adjust the hole in the hydraulic cylinder (12) and the
wedge guard (10) with the full-length beam hole (6);
2. Insert the screws into the holes, place the washers (2x)
and screw in the lock nuts.
1. Move the slide wedge (9) to the hydraulic cylinder shaft;
2. Adjust the cylinder shaft in the slide wedge;
3. Insert the fixing screw into the shaft and wedge holes;
4. Insert the washer and screw in the lock nut.
1. Place the cross wedge (33) on the slide wedge (9);
2. Fasten the two hexagon socket screws.
1. Place the fastening tabs (26) in parallel position to the
full-length beam (6);
2. Insert the ram stop support (7) into the hole in the full-
length beam;
3. Place the fixing tabs in a perpendicular position to the
beam to secure the ram stop support.;
4. Screw the lock nuts of the fastening tabs.;
5. Place the ram stop (8) on the support;
6. Tighten the two hexagon screws.
1. Place the log catchers (25) on the fixing screws of the
full-length beam (6);
2. Fit the washers and screw in the lock nuts.
1. Adjust the handle holes (14) with the beam holes (6);
2. Fit the washers and screw in the lock nuts.
1. Remove the shaft washers and shaft lock nuts (34);
2. Insert the shaft into the hole in the engine support base
(30);
3. Fit the wheels (18) to the shaft screws;
4. Place the washers and screw the lock nuts onto the
rotating shaft screws.
Fix one nut with a double open-ended spanner and tighten
the other. Repeat the operation, doing the opposite.
The log holder should be placed when you want to
split larger logs. This holder should preferentially be
used with the full-length placed in a vertical position.
1. Place the fastening tabs (26) in a parallel position to the
full-length beam (6);
2. Insert the log holder (2) into the hole of the full-length
beam;
3. Place the fastening tabs in a perpendicular position to
the full-length beam to fix the support base;
4. When the holder is not in use, place it on the support
base (1).
