• To disengage the stop brake and unlock the scooter wheels, push the lever downwards
towards the letter N
• To engage the brake and lock the scooter wheels, push the lever upwards towards the letter
D

WARNING!
• If the scooter is pushed too fast with the wheels unlocked, the engine will act like
a generator and make the scooter difficult to push;
• Do not place the scooter in unlocked wheels mode when you are on a slope;
• Never disengage the stopping brake when you are using the scooter;
• Always check that the stopping brake of the scooter is inserted before inserting
the key in the ignition and turning it to the ON position.

13. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
13.1 Assembly
WARNING!
• Take care over any pinching points when attaching the rear frame to the front
frame. During assembly, check the warning labels at the pinching points;
• Pinching and crushing risk! There is an increased risk of pinching or crushing,
due to the weight of the components (such as the batteries), when preparing the
scooter for transport or during maintenance activities. Always take extreme care
over every operation. Use the help of another person if possible, particularly when
storing the parts to be transported;
• Check that all the scooter components have been correctly assembled. After
assembly, check that all locking devices are correctly inserted by raising the rear
frame, to check that the transmission is locked in position;
• Incorrect assembly can cause injury! Check that all the scooter components have
been correctly assembled. After assembly, check that all locking devices are
correctly inserted;
• Check that all basic components are present.

• Making sure to connect the battery cables to the motor
cables as shown in the pictures;
• Ensure that the parking brake is in position D, otherwise as
soon as the scooter is started it will produce an intermittent
noise to warn of the problem;
• Adjust the seat, backrest and armrests according to your
postural needs, as previously explained;
• Adjust the handlebars, as previously explained;
• Ensure that the rear view mirrors are properly aligned;
• Set the driving speed to minimum, for the first ride.
