ADJUSTMENTS
Resistance adjustment
In order to increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. In order to decrease the resistance, turn
the resistance knob counterclockwise.
Handlebar adjustment
Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob. Set the handlebar in the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the handlebar is secured.
Saddle height
Loosen the adjustment knob. Set the saddle at the right height and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
The right saddle height improves exercise efficiency and reduces the risk of injuries.
Set the pedals vertically (one up and one down). Sit on the bike and put your feet on the pedals. Make sure the foot in
the lower pedal is comfortable. If it is excessively bent, lift the saddle up. If you cannot reach the pedal or experience
hyperextension in your leg, lower the saddle.
Saddle position
Loosen the saddle guide knob. Set the saddle to the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
Shifting the saddle to the front or rear will activate different muscle groups.
Adjusting pedal straps
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of
the adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other pedal.
Levelling
Level the device with the knob on the side of the pads on the rear base.

Remove the safety film from the display before use.

AUTO ON/OFF
The computer is switched on when the flywheel moves or any button is pressed.
The computer is switched off after four minutes of inactivity.
BUTTONS
MODE / RESET – selects the parameter.
To reset, press it and hold for seconds.
FUNCTIONS (SPECIFICATION)
SCAN
Displays all measured training parameters in a cycle.
TIME
Total exercise duration, from the start to the end.
STROKES
The total number of strokes from the start to the end of the exercise.
STROKES TOTAL
The total number of strokes from the last battery installation.
STROKES/MIN
The number of strokes per minute.
FOLDING AND UNFOLDING
NOTE! Before folding the product, make sure all bolts are tight.
NOTE! Mind your fingers when folding so that they don't get pinched.
Unscrew the knob (15) and knob (2) with the flat washer (35).
Fold the slider track (22) and the rear base with the cover (28) as shown.
Finally, secure the slider (22) to the main frame (1) with
the knob (15) and the knob (2) with the flat washer (35),
and secure the cover (28) to the slider track (22) with the knob (2).
