Type 41/1A
Cutting Wheel
Abrasive Type 41/1A and
27A/42 Wheel Assembly
Using the Type 41/1A wheel guard (sold
separately), it is possible to perform limited
cutting on small stock such as metal tubes,
piping or rebar.
Do not attempt to cut large stock or sheets
of metal as this tool is not designed to be a
dedicated cutting tool.

When using mounting wheels, place the
BACKING FLANGE on the spindle and then
place the WHEEL on the spindle.
3. Thread on the lock nut and tighten nut
using the lock nut wrench, while holding
the spindle lock. (Fig. 6).
TO REMOVE: Reverse procedure.
Type 1 Abrasive Straight
