Troubleshooting
Phone can not be turned on
● Be sure to hold down the [
● Make sure battery is properly connected to your phone.
● Remove the battery, reinstall it and restart your phone.
● If the battery is low, recharge it.
Phone asks for PIN code
● PIN lock feature is enabled. Each time the phone is switched on, PIN must be entered
(if you are using your phone for the first time, you must enter the PIN code provided
with SIM card).
Phone asks for PUK code
● PIN code has been entered incorrectly three times, and now SIM card is locked. Enter
PUK code provided by your network operator.
Phone asks for unlock code
● The automatic locking function has been enabled in the phone. You must enter unlock
code before you can use your phone.
SIM card error
● Clean metal contacts on the SIM card with a clean cloth (do not use a solvent).
● SIM card is not properly placed. Insert SIM card according to the unit figure.
● The SIM card is damaged, contact your network provider.
