Dangerous jumps are prohibited !
A bad landing after a dangerous jump, even if in the centre of the trampoline, increases the risk of injury to the
neck and back, which could lead to paralysis or even death. Never attempt dangerous jumps !
Only one user at a time !
Several users could collide or fall on each other. It is therefore prohibited to have several people on the trampoline
at the same time.
Take care when getting on and off the trampoline !
Do not walk on the protective pad or the springs. Jumping from the trampoline to the ground or another surface
could cause injury. Jumping onto the trampoline from a rooftop, terrace or another object could cause injury.
Do not use the trampoline as a springboard onto another object. Children must be helped to get on and off the
trampoline
Always jump in the centre of the jumping mat !
When jumping on the trampoline, stay in the centre of the mat at the position of the logo. This will reduce the risk
of injury by falling onto the frame or the springs. The protective pad must always remain in place according to the
assembly instructions.
Do not lose control during a jump !
Before attempting difficult figures, the basic jumps must be fully mastered. If the jump attempted exceeds the
user's ability there is a danger of losing control and injury. To resume control of the jump and land correctly, the
knees must be bent completely when landing.
Do not use the trampoline under the influence of alcohol or drugs !
The risk of injury increases if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. These substances reduce reaction
time, distort good judgement, decrease awareness of space, coordination and the movements.
Clear the area underneath and above the trampoline !
Do not use the trampoline with pets, other persons or objects underneath the trampoline. This could lead to a risk
of injury. Do not jump while holding an object (toy, cake, etc.), especially if it is sharp or fragile. Do not position
the trampoline too near electric wires, tree branches or any other obstacle above the jump surface. At least 3 m
free space is required around the trampoline and 8 m above.
Look after your trampoline !
Users could injure themselves if the trampoline is in bad condition. Refer to the chapter on servicing the trampoline.
Pay attention to the weather conditions !
A wet jump mat could cause the user to fall. Strong winds or gusts could cause the user to lose control. The
trampoline must be used under good weather conditions.
