the appliance.
6. The unit must be installed in accordance with the national
regulations for electrical installations. Before connecting
to the mains, make sure that the mains current (voltage)
parameters correspond to those specified on the device.
The mains plug of the device should be fully plugged into
the mains socket. Do not use extension cords or splitters
to connect the mains cable of the device. Please remove
the plug from the mains socket if the device is not used
foran extended period of time. If the unit has not been
used for a long time, check that the air inlets and outlets
are not blocked before restarting the unit.
7. Keep the device at least 50 cm away from flammable
materials (e.g. alcohol, etc.), and pressurised conta-
iners (e.g. aerosols).
8. The mains cable and the mains plug of the applian-
ce are used for the eventual disconnection of the ap-
pliance from the mains power supply, and must the-
refore be easily accessible at all times.
9. Switch off the air conditioner and disconnect it from
the mains power supply during a storm. If the ope-
ration of the air conditioner is affected by lightning
or electromagnetic radiation, turn off the unit and di-
sconnect it from the mains power supply. The device
may be switched on after a few minutes.
10. Do not put hands or any objects into the air outlets
while the unit is in operation.
11. Before cleaning, repair, maintenance, or inspection,
turn off the air conditioner and disconnect it from the
mains power supply.
