Probable Cause(s)
1. Smart phone is not connected to internet.
2. Home WiFi is OFF.
3. Faucet has not been connected to WiFi.
4. Weak WiFi signal.
1. Home WiFi name changed or control box not on same
network as home WiFi.
2. Changed home WiFi password.
3. Home WiFi lost power or disconnected.
4. Weak home WiFi signal at control box location.
5. Control box has not been setup.
6. Need factory reset.
1. Smart phone is not a supported operating system
version.
2. Smart phone memory is full.
1. App did not update properly from the Apple App Store
or Google Play Store.
2. Default device icons will display until customized in app.
1. Sensor can not properly detect your hand
2. Sensor doesn't properly detect your motion
3. Motions are too fast or too slow.
4. Motion distance is too far from the faucet.
1. Weak internet connection at smart phone location.
LED DESCRIPTIONS
Probable Cause(s)
1. 3 blinks, (pattern of yellow) means your device lost
connection to the network.
2. Blinking white sensor light.
1. 2 blinks, (pattern of yellow) means the faucet is low on
batteries.
1. 4 consistent blinks, (pattern of yellow) means there is a
valve failure with the faucet.
In smart phone ensure connection to internet through cell or WiFi.
Ensure home WiFi is operating properly.
Follow set instructions in the app.
Move router closer to controller or add WiFi extender near control box.
Check home WiFi name is proper. Restart control box and reconnect faucet.
Reconnect in app.
RESTART home WiFi (base station)
Consider adding WiFi extender near control box.
Follow instructions in app on smart phone to connect faucet.
Perform hard factory restore.** (See pg. 20)
Upgrade smart phone to a supported operating system.
Clear items off smart phone to free up memory. Download app.
Follow instructions in app on smart phones to setup user account and synchronize
smart phone with control box. Then in the app settings the device icons can be properly
assigned. If needed, delete the app from your smart phone and reinstall.
Use a flat palm with fingers closed.
Swipe smoothly and evenly in the desired direction.
Follow tutorial in app for proper gesture motions.
Try to motion with wa different speed.
The ideal distance from the sensor is between 1 and 2 inches. Try to move your hand
closer or further from the sensor to be in this range.
Consider adding WiFi extender near desired use location of smart phone.
Recommended Action(s)
Check the status of your WiFi network. A reset of your router maybe needed. See other
WiFi symptoms above.
Allow 2-5 minutes for software update. Faucet will not operate during update.
Unplug battery holder cable. Replace batteries with new D alkaline batteries. (Step 15)
Faucet needs to be replaced. Call 1-800-289-6636.
