Starting operation
Starting operation
 Ensure that the supply voltage corresponds with
the voltage indicated on the name plate.
 Always check power supply cable for damage
before starting operation.
 Keep solvents away from the power supply cable.
 Before inserting the plug to the socket, ensure that
2-step-switch is set to "0" (central position).
 Insert the plug.
 Only switch on the motor, when the pump is in the liquid.
 Switch on the motor:
step I (reduced speed) or step II.

Cleaning, Measures after use, Testing/Repair, Replacement cable, Dismantling / Disposal
Cleaning after each operation
 Clean the pump by flushing an appropriate detergent
First pump the cleaning agent in circuit, then rinse with
clean detergent.
 Do not use flammable liquids to clean the pump.
 The pump and hose must be compatible with
the cleaning agent.
 The pump should not be immersed deeper into
the cleaning agent than the outlet connection.
Measures after use
 Empty pump, hose and fittings after every use.
 Drain hand nozzle after use. Otherwise liquid being
contained within the outlet tube will flow out without control.
Testing / Repair
 Regularly check the pump according to the relevant
national safety instructions and/or rules for prevention
of accidents (in the Federal Republic of Germany
these are e.g. BGV A3).
 Repairs should only be carried out by the manufacturer
or an authorized repair shop.
Replacement of power supply cable
 When replacing the power supply cable,
use type H05 RN-F 2X 0,75.
Dismantling and Disposal
 Pump, hose and fittings must be emptied prior to dismantling.
 Collect environmentally harmful substances and liquids in
appropriate containers and dispose of them in an environmen-
tally sound manner.
 Dispose of scrap material and parts that cannot be repaired or
reused in an environmentally sound manner.
