B. Two-Stage Cooking
Some recipes require different stages of cooking at different tem-
peratures.
1. SET STAGE 1:
Follow steps 1 and 2 under "One-stage Cooking". DO NOT
TOUCH THE START/STOP PAD.
2. SET STAGE 2:
Touch the COOK pad then enter proper cooking time and (lower)
power level. Most 2-stage recipes use a lower power level for the
second stage.
3. Touch the START/STOP pad.
NOTE: After the total time elapsed, the system will sound beeps,
and the word "END" will be shown in the display. These beeps will
continue every two minutes until the door is opened or any pad is
touched.
FAST DEFROST
The longest defrosting time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
1. Touch the FAST DEFROST pad.
2. Enter the desired defrosting time by touching the correct number
pads.
3. Touch the START/STOP pad.
NOTES:
• After the total time elapsed, the system will sound beeps, and the
word "END" will be shown in the display. These beeps will con-
tinue every two minutes until the door is opened or any pad is
touched.
• After setting FAST DEFROST, the oven can be programmed to au-
tomatically switch to one or two-stage cooking.
• For fast defrost and one-stage cooking, follow the steps above. Be-
fore touching START/STOP, touch the COOK pad, enter time and
power level and then touch START/STOP.
• For fast defrost and two-stage cooking, follow steps above. Before
touching the START/STOP pad, enter two-stage cooking programs
and then touch START/STOP.
