ASSIGN menu (cont.)
TRIG INPUTS
The 3 inputs are also assignable:
-
TRIG: This response simply triggers the instrument of the channel chosen in this section at a
constant intensity. The trigger occurs when a signal higher than 3.5V is read. If you select dual
channels, (e.g., TRIG 3&6), the signal voltage to play channel 3 must be between 3.5V and 5V.
In order to trigger channel 6, a voltage higher than 5V is required. Remember not to introduce
voltages higher than 8V in these inputs.
-
ACC: (Accent) provides a more varied dynamic range depending on the voltage entered. In this
mode, only one channel can be selected, unlike the TRIG mode. The operating threshold is at
3.5V. From there, the instrument will sound louder and louder.
-
RST: The sequence of the selected channel will be reset. If dual channel is chosen, the input
voltage ranges will be similar to the TRIG mode ones. You can also reset all sequences at once.
-
RINS: Random instrument values of the selected channel will be set. If dual channel is selected,
the input voltage ranges will be similar to those of the TRIG mode. You can also change all ins-
truments at once.
-
RSEQ: The sequence values of the selected channel will be changed to random ones. Similar
behavior to RINS.
All assignments are automatically saved when you exit the ASSIGN menu.
Magerit
You can choose the slot or
channel to be played on each
TRIGGER input.
