External clock sync
METRO can use its internal clock or an external one. In order to use an external clock signal from another
module, connect a cable between that module and the
menu (steps or euclidean), you will see that the word "BPM" is replaced by "EXT". Below is the detection
type: Beat or 1/16.
METRO also detects when the external clock module has stopped (in real time). A pause symbol will
appear on the display 2 seconds later. Once the external module plays the clock signal again, the module
will detect it.
The maximum value (high) of the clock signal must be greater than 3.5 V.
