10. Auto cooking
The microwave has 8 default programs, select the appropriate one according to the food type
and weight. Press Auto Cooking button once and LED display panel will show different programs,
choose between:

• Before cooking food, its temperature must be about 20-25 ºC. Higher or lower temperature of
the food before cooking would require increasing or decreasing cooking time.
• Food's temperature, weight and shape will strongly influence the microwave effect on the
cooking process. Adjust time in order to obtain the best result.
1 After powering up, LED display panel shows:
2 Press Auto Cooking button to set cooking mode.
3 Set food weight by turning Time/Weight knob.
4 Start cooking by pressing Instant/Start button and LED will count down
to show running time.

Popcorn Perfect for cooking 85 g of popcorn.
Popcorn Perfecto for cooking 100 g of popcorn.
Perfect for heating a 250-500-ml liquid cup. The
Liquids liquid temperature is about 5-10 ºC. Do not seal the
liquid container.
Pizza Perfect for heating 2 pizza slices.
Perfect for cooking potato cubes (5mm height and
width). 0.45-0.65 kg. Place potatoes on a large tray

or container and cover it with a thin film to prevent
water loss.
Frozen dinner Perfect for heating cooked food.
Rice Perfect for cooking 0.1-0.5 kg of rice.
Vegetables Perfect for cooking 0.1-0.5 kg of vegetables.
