Procedure for initial grinder-doser configu-
ration .
GRINDING WEIGHTS
From the SETTINGS menu, select GRINDING
WEIGHTS, set the required grammes for SIN-
GLE GRINDING and confirm . Then set the re-
quired grammes for DOUBLE GRINDING and
confirm again .
CALIBRATION
Remove the coffee hopper before calibrat-
ing . Then from the SETTINGS MENU, select
CALIBRATION using the button
select CHAMBER CALIBRATION and wait un-
til the tare has been recorded . Once this has
been done, you will be asked to place a 1kg
weight on the grinders, wait for calibration to
be completed and remove the weight when
instructed . When calibration has been com-
pleted, stop and re-start the grinder-doser
using the specific switch .
Important
Before carrying out this operation,
make sure that you have a calibrated weight
of 1kg .
MILLS REPLACEMENT
When the grinding mills need to be replaced,
a warning appears on the display . The state of
wear can be monitored by accessing the set-
tings menu and selecting Mills Replacement .
Important
After replacing the grinding mills,
the replacement timer needs to be reset . To do
this, access the settings menu, select Mills Re-
set and confirm the reset .

AUTO-CALIBRATION
When the auto-calibration mode is stopped, the
grinder-doser will not dispense doses in grammes
using the XGi system, but it will do this in seconds .
INITIAL START-UP
This is the guided procedure required for the
initial start-up of the grinder-doser: from the
SETTINGS menu, select INITIAL START-UP, se-
lect YES, switch off the grinder-doser and then
switch it on again using the specific switch .
Once the coffee grinder has been started
up again, it will directly enter initial start-up
mode: confirm this by pressing the button
, select the required language, set the weight
in grammes for the single dose and confirm .
Then set the weight for the double dose and
confirm . Then adjust the grinding setting, by
pressing the button

Automatic mode with
XGi auto-calibration
The automatic mode dispenses ground coffee
in grammes, thanks to the XGi system, and it is
the default mode . To dispense coffee, put the
filter holder cup into position and select single
dose or double dose by pressing

The standard mode dispenses ground coffee
in seconds . To dispense coffee, put the filter
