3. Detach the rearmost exhaust suspension support.
4. Remove the original bolts at points O and Q. See figure 1.
5. Remove any stickers that may be present at the points of attachment.
6. Position the cage nuts at points B and G. See figure 2.
7. Position support A and attach it at points B, then fit the whole thing
without fully tightening.
8. Position support C and attach it at points D and E, then fit the whole
thing without fully tightening.
9. Position the supports F and attach them at points G, then fit the whole
thing without fully tightening.
10. Position support H and attach it at points I and J, then fit the whole
thing without fully tightening.
11. Fit the cross beam K between sideplate's A and F at points L fit the
whole thing finger-tight.
12. Position the support N and attach them at points O and M, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
13. Position the support P and attach them at points Q and W, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
14. Fit the ball hitch R, including socket plate S at points T.
15. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing.
16. Replace the items removed in step 1 and 3.

NOTE:
* Should this installation process entail the cutting of the bumper – confor-
mation MUST be obtained by the installation engineer of the customer's
acceptance prior to completion. Brink Towing Systems do not accept res-
ponsibility for any matters arising as a result of this miscommunication.
* All measurements are in mm!
* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s) "of
the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting
points.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and ball hitch
pressure of your vehicle.
* Do not drill through electrical-, brake- or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
* This fitting instruction has to be enclosed in the vehicle documents after
fitting the towbar.
* Brink is not liable for damage caused directly or indirectly by incorrect
assembly, including the use of unsuitable tools, the use of other assem-
bly methods and means than the ones outlined, and the incorrect inter-
pretation of these assembly instructions.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG:
Vor Beginn des Einbaus ist anhand der Typplakette der Anhänger -
kupplung festzustellen, welche Einbauskizze in dieser Montagean -
leitung die richtige ist.
1. Die Schrauben von der Unterseite der Stoßstange entfernen. Siehe
Abbildung 1.
2. Verwenden Sie den speziellen Aufkleber von Brink, um den angegebe-
nen Bereich aus dem Stoßfänger auszusägen.
3. Die hinterste Auspuffhalterung abmontieren.
4. Die Originalschrauben an den Punkten O und Q entfernen. Siehe
Abbildung 1.
