Cause analysis

1. The voltage is too low
2. Motor temperature control pro-

1. The bottle body and Knife base are
not tightened
2. The product is placed unevenly or
the foot pad falls off

the maximum capacity scale)
The blade is entangled or stuck by
food materials
1. The bottle and bottle cover are not

Troubleshooting
SIf the product still emits this odor
after repeated use, please stop
using.
1. Check whether the voltage is
too low
2. It can only be used after 20-30
minutes of stopping
1. Screw the knife base and bottle
2. Place the product stably or
install the foot pad in place
3. Check whether the voltage is
too high
4. Turn off the switch, disconnect
the power supply and take out the
surplus food
Turn off the switch, disconnect the
power, take out the food and cut it
into small pieces
1. Tighten the bottle and bottle
cover
2. Replace the bottle
3. Place or replace the sealing ring
and keep it flat
