If the problem persists, take note of the reported error codes and send them by email to
the following address:
If the connection of the USBy device to your Router is successful, the following interface
will be displayed 1
If you see the following interface, the USBy device connection to your Router is successful
but the USBy device is too far from your Router. We advise you to bring the USBy device
closer to your Router (1-3m).
IMPORTANT: For security reasons, at the end of the configuration procedure, the network

created by USBy is disabled. The USBy network will be available for about 60sec after each
switching on of the device, after which it will be disabled again.
