SIDEBURNS AND NAPE OF NECK:
• Use the profiling accessory (7) for the sideburns and the beard trimmer attachment (5) for the neck.
• Place the blades on the face and mark the desired shape of the sideburns.
• For the neck, it is necessary to use a hand mirror, if you cut the hair without help.
• Lift the hair from the nape of the neck, using your index finger to cover and protect the hair that does not
need to be cut.
• Gently place the knives on the nape of the neck and move the clipper slowly upwards until it meets your
index finger.
CLEANING, CARE & MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Always clean Grooming System attachments regularly to ensure best performance and a proper
operating life.
CLEANING ATTACHMENTS WITH WATER
1. Remove attachment.
2. Rinse ONLY the attachment under warm running water. DO NOT use hot water ad this might cause
damage.
CLEANING ATTACHMENTS WITH BRUSH
• After first removing attachment, thoroughly brush and blow out hair clippings from cutting system,
attachment, and top of power handle.
CLEANING FOIL SHAVER
(DO NOT rinse oil over the foil shaver attachment as this is permanently lubricated.)
1. Remove attachment by pressing security latches on sides of shaver.
2. Remove head, shake to remove excess clippings.
3. Replace attachment by gently snapping into place.
OILING BLADES & CAUTIONS (Oil not provided)
• Rinsing attachments under water requires lubricating the cutting blades 1× monthly. Using only mineral
oils (e.g. sewing machine oil), simply spread 1-2 drops lightly over cutters with fingertip. Wipe away all
excess.
• Use only mineral oils as these will not evaporate nor slow down speed of cutting blades.
Note: ensure the hair clipper is off while you clean it.
Disposal of old electrical appliances
The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires
that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal
waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and
recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose
of the appliance, it must be separately collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of
their old appliance
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY: This device complies with the requirements of the EMC directive
2014/30/EU.
